We use a special blend of flours and a 48-hour cold fermentation process that develops complex flavors and creates our signature crispy yet chewy crust.

We partner with local Montreal farmers and suppliers to bring you the freshest vegetables, herbs, and ingredients. Our produce is delivered daily, and we prepare everything in-house. From hand-chopped vegetables to freshly made sauces, quality is never compromised.
